Jurnal Pendidikan Karakter (JPKA) publishes in a single section, Articles. This page states how that section is handled.

Open submissions Yes — submissions are accepted throughout the year.
Indexed Yes — articles are indexed and their metadata distributed to indexing services.
Peer reviewed Yes — double-anonymous review by at least two independent reviewers.
Types accepted Original Research Articles and Systematic Literature Reviews, as set out on the Types of Manuscript page.
Length 5,000–8,000 words, including the abstract and references.
Language English.

Besides peer-reviewed articles, the journal occasionally publishes editorials, written or commissioned by the editors, and letters or commentaries responding to published work, as described in the Post-publication Discussions policy. These are assessed by the editors rather than through double-anonymous review, and are labelled accordingly so that readers can tell them apart from peer-reviewed research.
