Archiving Policy

Electronic Filing
Pengarsipan Elektronik
How JPK (Jurnal Pendidikan Khusus) stores and preserves its published articles so that they remain available over the long term.
1Archiving Policy

All published issues and articles of JPK are kept as electronic files and remain available on the journal website. Published articles are not removed. If an article must be corrected, retracted, or withdrawn, the change follows the Correction, Retraction & Withdrawal policy, and the notice stays linked to the article.

Semua terbitan dan artikel JPK disimpan sebagai arsip elektronik dan tetap dapat diakses di situs jurnal.

2How JPK Archives Its Content
Journal website (OJS)
Every issue is stored in the Archives of the Open Journal Systems website, in PDF and, where available, other formats.
DOI
Each article has a DOI (prefix 10.21831), a permanent link that keeps pointing to the article even if its web address changes.
Server backup
The journal website and its database are backed up regularly by the university server administrator.
Editorial office files
The managing editor keeps a copy of the final published files of each issue on the editorial office storage.
Digital preservation
JPK is open to long-term preservation services such as PKP Preservation Network or LOCKSS/CLOCKSS.
Web archives
Journal pages are also captured by public web archives such as the Internet Archive.
3Indexing and Repositories

Metadata and links of JPK articles are available in national and international services, which also act as a second access point. See Indexing & Abstracting.

4Access and Reuse
Access
Open access. Anyone can read and download articles free of charge.
Reuse
Under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. See Licensing Terms.
Author self-archiving
Authors may deposit the published version in institutional or subject repositories and on personal pages, with a link to the original article and its DOI. See Copyright Notice.
5Problems Accessing an Article

If a link does not work or an article cannot be opened, please contact the editorial office with the article title or DOI.
