Analisis Dinamika Penggunaan Lahan Menggunakan Spatial Metrics di Kota Kotamobagu

Kota Kotamobagu terus menunjukkan peningkatan jumlah penduduk dan perkembangan prasarana dan sarana perkotaan yang memicu perubahan penggunaan lahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika pola spasial penggunaan lahan di Kota Kotamobagu menggunakan pendekatan spatial metrics. Dinamika pola spasial penggunaan lahan dianalisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan metric Number of Patch (NP), Patch Density (PD) dan Shannon's Diversity Index (SHDI). Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan spatial metrics, kerapatan penggunaan lahan pada periode 2013-2028 menunjukkan pola perkembangan penggunaan lahan yang terfragmentasi dan cenderung menjadi teragregasi pada periode 2018-2023. Dari segi dinamika keragaman penggunaan lahan, nilai SHDI Kota Kotamobagu menunjukan kenaikan yang tergolong kecil dan masih temasuk dalam kategori keragaman sedang yang mengindikasikan rendahnya tingkat perkembangan penggunaan lahan di Kota Kotamobagu dan masih terdapat jenis penggunaan lahan yang mendominasi.References
