The themes studied in this edition consist of entrepreneurship, office administration learning, business communication, and human resources. The study topic in the field of entrepreneurship discusses the concept of developing community based tourism in tourist villages with a local community based entrepreneurship development model. The next topic of discussion is learning office administration. Apart from that, it also discussed improving business communication soft skills in order to prepare graduates to enter the world of work. Career planning activities are very important in determining a person's success. Lack of career planning will cause a quarter life crisis, especially for college graduates. The aspect of organizational governance also discusses integrity, work motivation, organizational culture, performance evaluation and work ethic. Meanwhile, in the education sector, we studied the development of practical videos to improve the quality of H5P-based vocational learning.
