About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Criteria for publication in Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat MIPA dan Pendidikan MIPA (JPMMP) are novelty, quality, and general interest in the results of community service program. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat MIPA dan Pendidikan MIPA (JPMMP) is a journal that contains the results of community service on mathematics and science including biology, physics, and chemistry in Indonesian language. JPMMP is published twice in a year, in February and August, by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Yogyakarta State University (UNY).

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts are evaluated by the editorial staff. The manuscripts that evaluated by editors to be inappropriate to journal criteria are rejected promptly without external review. Manuscripts evaluated as potential interest to our readership are sent to double blind reviewers. The editors then make a decision based on the reviewer's recommendation from among several possibilities: rejected, require major revision, need minor revision, or accepted.

Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Mipa dan Pendidikan MIPA (JPMMP), with ISSN: 2549-4899 , first published in Februari 2017 by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat MIPA dan Pendidikan MIPA publishes two edition every year on februari and august.
