About the Journal

Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen (JIM) is a peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (June and December) by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. JIM publishes articles reporting the results of research in management and business, and is committed to bringing perspectives from Indonesia and other developing countries to a wide international readership of scholars and business professionals.

JIM invites manuscripts on a broad range of topics, including but not limited to marketing management, financial management, strategic management, operations management, human resource management, e-business, knowledge management, management accounting, management control systems, management information systems, international business, business economics, business ethics and sustainability, and entrepreneurship. ★ Accreditation

Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen (JIM) has been officially accredited at rank 4 (SINTA 4) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree (SK) No. 152/E/KPT/2023. The accreditation is valid from Vol. 19 No. 2 (2022) to Vol. 24 No. 1 (2027).
