Efisiensi: Kajian Ilmu Administrasi invites researchers and practitioners to submit manuscripts for Volume 24 Number 1 (February 2027), the journal's first all-English issue.

Scope

Office administration education; office information technology and automation; office and resource management; secretarial work and correspondence; records management; communication and public relations; event management and service excellence; organisation and leadership; human resource management; business and public administration. Comparative and international studies are particularly welcome.

  • Submission deadline for this issue: 30 November 2026. Later submissions are considered for Volume 24 Number 2 (August 2027).
  • Publication: February 2027, online with a Crossref DOI, open access under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
  • Language: English only, from this issue onwards.
  • Peer review: double-blind, by at least two independent reviewers.
  • Files: Title Page, Anonymised Manuscript, and signed Statement of Originality, using the Efisiensi 2026 templates.
  • Similarity: at most 20% overall and 1% from any single source.
  • Fees: no submission fee; article processing charge of IDR 500,000 only after acceptance, with waivers available (Author Fees).
