The research method used is an experiment with a three group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of 15 SSB Goal Aksis Women U17 female soccer athletes, who were divided into three groups based on the training method given. Data processing used is Paired Sample T-Test, and Anova Test. Based on the paired sample t-test that has been carried out, the results show that the three training methods significantly increase the accuracy of the kick, with an increase in the average Massed Practice p = 0.000 <0.05, Distributed practice p = 0.004 <0.05 and Combined Method p = 0.001 <0.05. While the results of the ANOVA test showed that there was no significant difference in increasing the accuracy of long passing kicks between groups using the Massed Practice method, Distributed practice, and the Combined method.
