Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu menguji pengaruh Pelatihan Profesional, Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Berkarir menjadi Akuntan Publik. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akuntansi yang berkuliah di Universitas di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data kuantitatif dengan regresi linear berganda sebagai pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian Pelatihan Profesional, Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja  berpengaruh terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Akuntansi Berkarir menjadi Akuntan Publik.
