Motivasi dan Aktifitas Olahraga pada Masa New Normal Pandemi Covid-19

Di era new normal, olahraga merupakan suatu aktivitas yang penting karena berhubungan erat dengan kesehatan, dimana salah satu cara menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh adalah dengan cara berolahraga. Dalam melakukan aktifitas olahraga juga diperlukan motivasi sebagai pendorong dan penggerak yang mendasari semangat dalam aktifitas olahraga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui motivasi dan aktifitas olahraga pada Masa New Normal Pandemi Covid di Yogyakarta. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 128 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang pertama dengan studi literatur. Studi literatur dimaksudkan untuk mencari berbagai teori yang relevan dalam artikel maupun hasil penelitian. Selanjutnya dengan menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk berolahraga dan Berbagai aktifitas fisik yang dapat dilakukan pada masa new normal adalah yoga, sepeda statis, senam, latihan otot, maupun peregangan yang dilakukan di rumah. Dengan demikian, kekebalan tubuh tetap terjaga dan terhindar dari virus Corona.
