Developing Optimal Design of Sekolah Perempuan Website to Empower Women's Financial Independence

The study is aiming to foster optimal design framework of Sekolah Perempuan Website to empower women financial independencies. The study combines quantitative and qualitative methods through the implementation of ADDIE model to develop the website design framework. Moreover, the study is also incorporating surveys to evaluate user perspectives towards women empowerment program through the implementation Sekolah Perempuan websites. The develop design framework suggested several element and component that built the framework, including: (1) Promoting Women Empowerment (the implementation of educational empowerment which consist several component that is self-confidence, financial literacy, and digital skills); (2) Enhance a digital marketing skills (The development two core competencies such digital skills (the component consist of Digital knowledge and Digital Security) and marketing skills (the component consist of Market Analysis, Market Planning, and Market communication); (3) Support Financial Independencies. This element is focusing on integration medium including Marketing Tools Center (the component consists of User interface, Content Marketing, and Communication Features) and Support Center (the component consists of e-modules). Furthermore, the study results about the effectiveness of program indicate a positive impact with a several participants reporting new income sources and increased financial confidence. Additionally, the statistical result analysis also revealed the program's effectiveness (p < 0.001). In conclusion, this study highlights the possibility of incorporating website to empower women financial independent. Moreover, the design is offering long-term solutions for women financial independencies.
