Home Economic Journal is a national scientific journal as a medium for publishing research results, a forum for exchanging, developing and disseminating knowledge in the scope of vocational education in the fields of food, fashion and beauty for academics, researchers and practitioners.

Home Economic Journal is published by the Department of Culinary and Fashion Engineering Education, Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University in May and October each year which can be accessed freely through this website. The focus and scope of the journal consists of (1) Design Fashion; (2) Culinary; (3) Makeup and Beauty (4) Vocational Education; (5) Tourism; (6) Creative Industries; (7) Design; (8) Art; and (9) Performance Classes

Submitted papers must be written in English for an initial screening by editors and further review process by at least two anonymous reviewers. The guidelines for authors are available here. Papers that do not meet the basic requirements of author guidelines will not be further processed.
