Adaptasi dan evaluasi Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) 17 versi Indonesia pada karyawan di Yogyakarta

Instrumen yang biasanya digunakan untuk mengukur work engagement adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Namun versi UWES bahasa Indonesia masih tergolong panjang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengadaptasi dan mengevaluasi alat ukur UWES-17 versi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 133 karyawan di Yogyakarta dengan teknik convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner menggunakan Google forms. Adaptasi dilakukan berdasar panduan dari Beaton. Adapun analisis yang digunakan yaitu confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) untuk menguji validitas konstruk alat ukur. Hasil adaptasi ditemukan beberapa perbaikan minor pada kalimat dan seluruh item dapat digunakan. Hasil CFA menunjukkan bahwa UWES-17 versi bahasa Indonesia memiliki model fit yang baik. Hasil reliabilitas UWES-17 didapatkan bahwa seluruh dimensi dan keseluruhan instrumen memiliki nilai alpha diatas 0,700. Secara keseluruhan, UWES-17 versi bahasa Indonesia dapat digunakan untuk mengukur work engagement pada karyawan di Yogyakarta.References
